Guest Relations Agent 

G6 Hospitality is hiring a GUEST RELATIONS AGENT for the Contact Center that supports our iconic Motel 6/Studio 6 locations. As someone who will have to handle our guest’s challenges, the ideal person for this role is a good listener, able to demonstrate patience and empathy toward our guests’ needs, in addition to quickly and creatively resolve problems. This individual must remain graceful under pressure and embrace any challenge that gets thrown their way to ensure the guest has a great experience no matter what.


This is an immediate part-time position.

Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Anticipate a guest’s needs by researching their customer history and profile
  • Create customer file/contact reports
  • Respond to guest concerns
  • Communicate frequently with Motel 6 and Studio 6 property staff members.
